Low season:
1 March / 31 May and 1-31 October

Mid-season:
1 June / 15 July and 26 August / 30 September

High season:
15th July / 25th August
75€/day
Double room for single use: 10% discount on the rate. Rates do not include breakfast, but supplies to prepare them in your own kitchen. The price includes parking, wifi, use of the washing machine and common areas.

The above rates include: hot and cold showers, use of common areas, wi-fi internet, tourist tax (Legislative Decree 23 of 14/03/2011).
Terms of payment
To confirm the reservation requires a deposit of 30%, this amount can be paid via:
